"I'll send you to Hell so you can lick Satan's ass!" - Alucard to Incognito (Does Alucard get the best lines or what?)
"You degenerate warthog." - Integra's coolly-delivered retort.
"There's a swelling rage between my legs!" - Alucard to the young Integra, if you read the subtitles.
"Do I come off as highly strung?" - Seras' bewildered question to Walter. Which he ignores.
"You just think you're the hot inhuman shit, don't you Victoria?" - Captain Steadler harasses Seras. Git. Good line though.
"We are different, you and I... You don't have a master... any more." - Incognito giving the game away to Alucard.

I love this, which Pip says in Volume 6, late on in the battle. It shows us just how human he is, despite his nature as a mercenary. He and his guys only fight if the price is right - to a point. This point. Here he reveals the true reason to fight to the bitter end. It's a long one though, so stand by:
"I hate London. I found it too old fashioned. I didn't think it suited me one bit. But you know, the cabaret we'd go to on weekends the beer was cool and right tasty. The bloke behind the bar is this dumb prat who loves tasteless dirty jokes. Lots of the whores in the brothels are stingy and ugly. But still, everyone's kind enough. None of them deserve what's happening."
But the bit he says next really says a lot more about Pip's human heart, beneath the mercenary.
"There's this old lady at a cafe on Verbie Road. It don't matter that I don't ask for it, she always bloody cooks me fish and chips. Every time she says it's because I'm a foreigner, because it's their specialty. Even though it's so greasy I can't stand it, I don't want to hurt her feelings, so I force myself to eat it every time."
Volume 6 again. Integra has arrived at the massacre of the police, at the hands of Millennium.
To the dead humans: "Well done. You have all fulfilled your duty. Sleep now."
Admiral Penwood's final order:
"Resist... and carry out your duties." Volume 6.
Alucard upon arriving on the HMS Eagle, Volume 6.
